WHAT IS THE COST AND LENGTH OF A SESSION?
The fee is $160 per 45 minute session. I offer sliding scale as low as $90 — if you feel drawn to work with me and finances are a limiting factor, please reach out and we can try to find an equitable solution.

DO YOU WORK WITH INSURANCE?
I am not paneled with any insurance companies, but I can provide a superbill for reimbursement. This will require a diagnosis on file, which we can discuss before any paperwork is generated. Reimbursement will depend on your insurer's out of network coverage.

HOW DOES VIRTUAL THERAPY WORK?
I use a HIPAA-compliant platform for video sessions, forms, notes, and billing. You'll get email and text reminders with the meeting link.
